Clearing chat history

Clearing chat history allows you to permanently delete your chat history. It is strongly recommend to export chat history first as a backup, prior to clearing chat history.

To clear chat history:

1. Go to the chat dashboard.
2. Click History > Export.
3. Export your history first, if required. Clearing chat history is permanent!
4. Click the Clear History button. If you are sure you want to delete the entire chat history, click to confirm.

Your history will be permanently deleted.
