Updating status messages

Status messages allow you to provide useful information to users in the chat. To access the chat’s status messages, go to your chat dashboard and click Moderation > Status Messages. You will see the following options:

• Pinned Message: The Pinned Message is displayed persistently at the top of the chat and can be updated in real-time. Pinned messages are helpful for keeping important information visible in the chat.

• Welcome Message: The Welcome Message shows when users first join the chat, then scrolls out of view as new messages are displayed.
