Managing users

To see everyone currently logged in to your chat, go to your chat dashboard and click Settings > Users.

From this page, you can moderate individual users by clicking the Moderate button next to a user’s name.

A moderation box will appear, giving you moderation options including sending the user a private message and blocking the user.

NOTE: The Users page is not updated in real-time. Refresh the page to see the most current list of users who are logged into the chat.
