Exporting chat history is available with Pro and Enterprise plans.
Your chat history is permanently saved in Chatroll and can be exported at any time.
To export chat history:
- Go to the chat dashboard.
- Click History > Export.
- Use the dropdown to select your Begin and End dates and times.
- Click the Export History button.
Your history will be exported into a new window in text format. You can copy the text and save it outside of Chatroll.
Chat history can also be browsed in the dashboard or in the module.
