Exporting chat history

Exporting chat history is available with Pro and Enterprise plans.

Up to 18 months of your chat history is saved in Chatroll and can be exported at any time.

To export chat history:

1. Go to the chat dashboard.
2. Click History > Export.
3. Use the dropdown to select your Begin and End dates and times.

   

4. Click the Export History button.

Your history will be exported into a new window in text format. You can copy the text and save it outside of Chatroll.

Chat history can also be browsed in the dashboard or in the module.
