Receipts are emailed to you automatically whenever your payment card is charged. Receipts are sent to the email address associated with your account.
If you are not receiving your receipts by email, please do the following:
- Confirm the correct email address is associated with your account. You can verify your email address by logging in to your account and clicking the Account link.
- Check your email junk and/or spam folders.
- If you are still unable to find your receipt, please send a request.
Note: You will only receive receipts when your payment card is charged. You will not receive any receipts during a free trial.
